Using Daybook
Daybook is provided as-is, for personal use as a private journaling tool. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Your content
You own what you write. Since entries are stored locally on your device, you are responsible for backing up or exporting your own data.
No warranty
Daybook is provided without warranties of any kind. Daybook is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, and non-infringement. Because your journal entries are stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not responsible for any loss, deletion, corruption, or inability to access your entries. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daybook and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss of data damages arising from your use of the app.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Daybook after changes means you accept the updated terms.
